Agents that are required to complete their own inspections can now have individual agency accounts that allow them to utilize CARCO’s convenient site network. The OPTIS system assists those agents that face challenges complying with inspection requirements.
Agents are servicing larger markets with insureds that are no longer “local”, but still need the convenience of local inspection sites. Agents now have the option of utilizing an independent third party to perform their inspections.
