Robert Pichler is Vice President of Operations, a position he has held since 2009.

In this position, Mr. Pichler is responsible for the day-to-day operations and inspection site network comprised of 6,300 site locations, spread across 39 states. He is also responsible for quality improvement, training and development.

Prior to being named to this position, Mr. Pichler was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the division. He began his career with the Company in 2007.

Prior to joining CARCO, he held senior roles of increasing responsibility in Sales and Operations for Cybersettle, Inc. and Allstate Insurance. Mr. Pichler also held the role of Consultant for a privately held firm. He was responsible for the development, evaluation, and facilitation of organizational interventions on executive and organizational core competencies.

Mr. Pichler holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Business from Saint John's University.
