E-Verify, an Internet-based system, electronically compares information that is entered on the mandatory Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 with records contained in the Social Security Administration and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) databases to help employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees.

In conjunction with ATS/HRIS integrations, or standalone through our Onboarding Solution , CARCO can facilitate the Web-based I-9 process (utilizing secure e-signature technology) and complete the E-Verify process simultaneously (formerly Basic Pilot or S.A.V.E.) through an interface with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, DHS, providing results to clients within seconds.
