Vice President, Business Development
Anthony P. Venditti is Vice President, Business Development (South East Territory). Before joining CARCO, Mr. Venditti was a Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Rights Litigation Unit of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Gloucester County, New Jersey, Prosecutor's Office's Narcotics Unit, and a Deputy District Attorney for the Chester County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney's Office.
In his fifteen years as a trial lawyer, Anthony prosecuted criminal defendants and juveniles in state and county courts, and defended the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its employees in cases ranging from alleged civil rights abuses to employment law claims. In 2003, Anthony made national headlines when he successfully argued in New Jersey Superior Court, to waive a 47 year-old man to adult court, after he was charged with first degree murder as a juvenile, in a 1976 homicide.
During his time as a trial attorney, Anthony has litigated over 60 bench and jury trials in county, state and federal courts to favorable verdicts. Further, he found success as an appellate attorney, having won reversal of a trial court decision, via the New Jersey Supreme Court, in a case involving the sexual assaults of three and four year old sisters.
Anthony holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Liberal Arts and Sociology, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania as well as his Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law (Evening Division). He earned his law degree at night, as a part-time student, while working as an Adult Probation Officer at the Chester County, Pennsylvania, Adult Probation Department. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
